Ingredients:
1 lbsLean ground beef
8 ozMushrooms, sliced
1 medOnion, chopped
1 Garlic clove, crushed
14 ozReady-to-serve beef broth
1/2 cupQuick-cooking barley
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
10 ozFrozen peas and carrots
-- defrosted
1 tspGrated lemon peel
