Ingredients:
2 cupCooked AM Lentils

1 cupCooked AM Medium Brown Rice
1 cupAM Bulgur Wheat
1 cupAM Garbanzo Flour

1/2 cup-to...
1 cupChopped nuts
1 tspSea salt (optional)
1 tspSage
1 tbspAM Unrefined Vegetable Oil
Procedures:
1Drain the cooked lentils and grains.
2Mix all ingredients together.
3Spoon into a loaf pan.
4Bake at 350°F. for 30 to 45 minutes.
5Spoon gravy or catsup over top.
