Ingredients:
1 cupLentils, washed
2 cupWater
1 largeOnion, chopped
1 cupMushrooms, chopped
2 tbspOil
1 cupNuts, ground
1 cupBreadcrumbs
1 tbspLemon juice
1 tbspSoy sauce
Salt & pepper
1 tbspMixed herbs
Procedures:
1Cook lentils in water till soft (?hour).
2Saute onions & mushrooms in oil till soft.
3Mix with remaining ingredients.
4Place in a greased baking pan & bake at 350f for 30 minutes.
5Garnish with parsley.
