Lentil-rice roast with cashew gravy

Ingredients:
3/4 cupLentils
3/4 cupMillet
3/4 cupBrown rice
4 1/2 cupWater
1/2 cupBread crumbs
1/4 cupRolled oats
1/4 cupCashews, finely ground
1/8 cupVegetable oil
1 1/2 tbspOnion powder
3/4 tbspCrumbled sage
1/4 tspCelery seed
Salt, to taste
Garlic powder (optional)
CASHEW GRAVY
1 cupWater
1/4 cupCashews
1 tbspCornstarch
1 tbspOnion powder
1/4 tspSalt
Procedures:
1Pick over the lentils, then combine in a saucepan with the millet, rice, and water.
2Bring to a boil, lower the heat, and simmer until cooked, about 1 hour.
3Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
4Lightly oil 8-?x 4-? loaf pan.
5Add the remaining loaf ingredients and mix well.
6Transfer mixture to loaf pans and bake for 1 hour, or until lightly brown and the top is dry to the touch.
7Gravy: place ingredient in a blender and liquify.
8In a medium pan over medium heat, heat the gravy, stirring constantly, until thick.
9Add more water if the gravy becomes too thick.
10Keep warm.
