Ingredients:

| cup | Brown rice | | 4 1/2

| cup | Bread crumbs | | 1/4
| cup | Rolled oats | | 1/4
| cup | Cashews, finely ground | | 1/8
| cup | Vegetable oil | | 1 1/2
| tbsp | Onion powder | | 3/4
| tbsp | Crumbled sage | | 1/4
| tsp | Celery seed | | | Salt, to taste | | | Garlic powder (optional) | | | CASHEW GRAVY | | 1
| cup | Water | | 1/4
| cup | Cashews | | 1
| tbsp | Cornstarch | | 1
| tbsp | Onion powder | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt |

Procedures:
| 1 | Pick over the lentils, then combine in a saucepan with the millet, rice, and water. | | 2 | Bring to a boil, lower the heat, and simmer until cooked, about 1 hour. | | 3 | Preheat the oven to 350 °F. | | 4 | Lightly oil 8-?x 4-? loaf pan. | | 5 | Add the remaining loaf ingredients and mix well. | | 6 | Transfer mixture to loaf pans and bake for 1 hour, or until lightly brown and the top is dry to the touch. | | 7 | Gravy: place ingredient in a blender and liquify. | | 8 | In a medium pan over medium heat, heat the gravy, stirring constantly, until thick. | | 9 | Add more water if the gravy becomes too thick. | | 10 | Keep warm. | | 11 | Ingrid newkirk & peta, "the compassionate cook |
