Ingredients:
1 packFrozen raspberries (10 oz)
1/2 cupGranulated sugar
1/2 cupWater
10 cupCold coffee
1 pintHalf-and-half
1 cupSweetened whipped cream
10 Mint sprigs
10 Whole raspberries
Procedures:
1Puree frozen raspberries, sugar, and water in a blender cup.
2Strain mixture into a large mixing bowl.
3Add coffee and half-and-half.
4Blend well.
5Ladle into 12-ounce glasses partially filled with cracked ice.
6Top with whipped cream, mint sprigs, and whole raspberries.
7Nutritional analysis per serving: 150 calories; 7.27 grams total fat (41 percent of calories from fat); 25.2 milligrams cholesterol; 20.3 milligrams sodium
