Ingredients:

| lbs | Linguine, cooked al dente | | 1
| lbs | Mushrooms, thinly sliced | | 4
| cup | Garlic, sliced thin | | 4
| tbsp | Butter | | 3
| tbsp | Olive oil | | | Salt & pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | Saute garlic in 1 tblsp butter & 2 tblsp olive oil until wilted. | | 2 | Add mushrooms & saute until they are beginning to dry out a bit. | | 3 | Add the remaining butter and oil and allow to melt. | | 4 | Season w/salt and pepper and toss with cooked, drained linguine to thoroughly incorporate ingredients. | | 5 | Taste, adjust seasoning & enjoy |
