| cup | Potatoes, diced, raw | | 1
| cup | Onions, chopped | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/8
| tsp | Pepper | | 2
| tbsp | Fat or oil | | 3
| tbsp | Tomato paste | | 1
| tbsp | Flour | | 1 1/2
| cup | Milk | | 1/2
| cup | Light cream | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1/8
| tsp | Pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | Put liver, potatoes and onion through food chopper twice. | | 2 | Add 1 ?tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp pepper. | | 3 | Drop liver by spoonfulls into hot fat in skillet. | | 4 | Fry quickly. | | 5 | Remove burgers from pan. | | 6 | For gravy, blend tomato paste and flour into drippings in pan. | | 7 | Add milk, cream, 1 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper. | | 8 | Bring to boil, stirring constantly. | | 9 | Add liverburgers; simmer covered 15 minutes |
