Liver kabobs

Ingredients:
2 tbspWorcestershire sauce
1/4 cupVinegar
3 tbspMustard, prepared
3 tbspMolasses
1/2 cupCatsup
1 lbsBeef liver, or calf's liver
6 sliceBacon
1 lbsRed pepper, cut in 12 pieces
1 largeGreen pepper, cut in 12 piec
8 smallOnions
Procedures:
1Combine first 5 ingredients in a small saucepan; simmer over low heat 3 minutes.
2Set aside.
3Cut liver into bacon-size strips.
4Lay a liver strip on each bacon slice.
5Alternate vegetables and meat on skewers, lacing meat accordian style.
6Brush with sauce, and grill 15 to 20 minutes over hot coals or until bacon is crisp and liver is cooked to desired doneness.
