Ingredients:
1 lbsLiver, beef
1/2 lbsSausage, bulk
1 cupBreadcrumbs
2 Eggs, beaten
1 tspWorcestershire sauce
1 tspLemon juice
1 tspSalt
2 sliceBacon, TO 3 slices
Procedures:
1Cover liver with boiling water, and simmer 5 minutes.
2Drain, reserving ?cup liquid; cool.
3Chop liver; add sausage, breadcrumbs, eggs, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, and reserved stock, mixing thoroughly.
4Press into an 8-½x4-½x2-5/8" loafpan.
5Top wiht bacon, and bake at 350 °F for 45 minutes.
6Broil 2 to 3 minutes to crisp bacon slices
