| lbs | Sausage, bulk | | 1
| cup | Breadcrumbs | | 2
| | Eggs, beaten | | 1
| tsp | Worcestershire sauce | | 1
| tsp | Lemon juice | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 2
| slice | Bacon, TO 3 slices |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cover liver with boiling water, and simmer 5 minutes. | | 2 | Drain, reserving ?cup liquid; cool. | | 3 | Chop liver; add sausage, breadcrumbs, eggs, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, and reserved stock, mixing thoroughly. | | 4 | Press into an 8-½x4-½x2-5/8" loafpan. | | 5 | Top wiht bacon, and bake at 350 °F for 45 minutes. | | 6 | Broil 2 to 3 minutes to crisp bacon slices |
