| tbsp | Butter | | 1/4
| cup | Dry sherry wine | | 3
| | Egg yokes | | 1
| cup | Light cream | | 1
| tsp | Worcestershire sauce |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat lobster meat in butter in top of double boiler. | | 2 | Add sherry and cook 1 min. combine egg yokes, cream and worcestershire sauce and add to lobster. | | 3 | Cook mixture slowly until thick. | | 4 | Serve on toast points. | | 5 | Serves 2-3 |
