Ingredients:
3 medEggs
1 1/2 cupHalf and half
1 tbspButter -- melted
1 1/2 cupLobster meat -- coarsely
Chopped
3/4 cupSwiss cheese -- grated
3/4 cupCheddar cheese -- grated
1 smallOnion
1 Clove garlic
1/4 tspDry mustard
1/2 tspTarragon
1 tspParsley
Salt and pepper -- to taste
1 packPrepared pie crusts
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350°F.
2Chop onion fine and saute in a little butter.
3When onion is almost clear, crush galic and stir in; remove from heat.
4In a large bowl, beat eggs well.
5Addthe half-and-half and beat again.
6Stir in the lobster meat and cheeses.
