London broil

Ingredients:
2 lbsFlank Steak
1 Garlic Clove
1 cupOil
1/2 cupVinegar
1 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
2 tspDry Mustard
2 tspWorcestershire Sauce
1 dashCayenne
1 dropTabasco Sauce
Procedures:
1Remove excess fat from steak then score on both sides.
2Place all the ingredients in a shallow pan.
3Place steak in pan, then turn over.
4Marinate at least 3 hours or overnight, turning several times.
5Place steak on broiler 3 inches from heat source.
6Broil each side 4 minutes.
7Slice thinly across grain diagonally
