Ingredients:
1 packPizza crust mix
2 cupMushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 cupCarrot, shredded
1 cupZucchini, finely sliced
1/2 cupOnion, chopped
1 tbspVegetable oil
8 ozTomato sauce
1/2 tspGarlic
1/2 tspFennel
1 tspBasil
1 tspOregano
1 tspBrown sugar
1 cupPart-skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 cupParmesan cheese
Procedures:
1Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
2Spray a 14 inch pizza crisper pan with nonstick cooking spray.
3Press prepared crush onto pan and bake for 14 to 16 minutes.
4Meanwhile saute mushrooms, carrots, zucchini and onion in oil over medium heat for 3 minutes.
5When crust in prebaked, sprinkle with vegetables, sauce, seasonings, sugar and cheeses.
6Bake for 15 more minutes.
7Remove from oven; cool for 3 minutes before baking.
