Ingredients:
1 xSpare ribs
2 cupFlour
1 tspBaking powder
1 xSauerkraut
1 ea Egg, beaten
1 cupMilk
Procedures:
1Cut spare ribs into portions and place in the bottom of a roasting pan.
2Add the sauerkraut, cover the pan and bake at 350°F for 1-?hours.
3Make dumplings by combining the flour, baking powder, milk and egg.
4Drop by spoonfuls on the sauerkraut.
5Cover pan tightly and finish baking at 350°F for 30 minutes
