Ham and rice bake

Ingredients:
2 cupCooked ham, cubed
2 cupCooked rice
1 tbspMinced onions
1 canCream of mushroom soup
-condensed -- 10 ?oz
3/4 cupEvaporated milk
1/4 tspSalt and pepper, each
1 canAsparagus spears, 14-?oz
1/2 cupSharp cheddar cheese, grated
Procedures:
1Pour half of mixture into a buttered 1-?quart casserole.
2Place asparagus in one layer over mixture.
3Pour remaining mixture over asparagus.
4Sprinkle top with grated cheese.
5Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 30 minutes.
6Notes : i used 1 pound of frozen asparagus just as a personal preference.
7Also four of us polished this off with no problems at all.
8So if you are planning on serving 6 .i hope they are light eaters
