| lbs | Swiss cheese | | 3
| tbsp | Olive oil | | 1
| pint | Dandelion | | | ?ea Bell pepper, green | | | 2 ea Egg, hard boiled, sliced | | 1
| x | Salt & pepper | | 4
| tbsp | Vinegar |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cut lettuce, dandelion, onions, pepper and cheese into small pieces. | | 2 | Add salt and black pepper. | | 3 | Mix well. | | 4 | Add the olive oil and vinegar. | | 5 | Mix thoroughly, then add the tomatoes cut in quarters, and the eggs. | | 6 | Mix lightly so tomatoes and eggs will not be mashed or broken |
