Ingredients:
4 Potatoes -- thinly sliced
3 Carrots -- thinly sliced
1 cupSliced celery
2 Onions -- sliced
1/4 cupFlour
2 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
12 ozCan chopped ham OR -- equiv.
Fresh cooked
2 cupHot milk
Buttered bread crumbs -- 2
Slices, buttered
Paprika
Procedures:
1Combine vegetables with flour, salt and pepper in 3 quart casserole.
2Add chopped ham.
3Pour on hot milk.
4Cover and bake in 400°F. oven for one hour.
5Uncover and sprinkle with crumbs and paprika.
6Bake for 30 minutes longer
