Ingredients:

| lbs | Ham, cooked, chopped fine | | 5
| | Green apples, chopped | | 2
| | Onions, chopped fine | | 1
| tsp | Sage | | 1
| tbsp | Mixed vegetable seasoning | | 1
| | Cube bouillon (dissolved in | | | 1 c water) | | 4
| | Potatoes, cooked and mashed | | 3
| tbsp | Melted butter |

Procedures:
| 1 | In deep baking dish, arrange alternate layers of ham and apples. | | 2 | Sprinkle each layer with onion and seasonings. | | 3 | Moisten each layer with bouillon. | | 4 | Over top, cover with layer of thick mashed potatoes. | | 5 | Brush potato peaks with melted butter. | | 6 | Bake at 325 °F for 1 ?to 2 hours until ham is thoroughly heated and potato peaks are browned |
