Ingredients:
| | ?ea Bread, day old | | | 3 ea Egg, well beaten | | 1
| x | Salt & pepper | | 1/2
| cup | Butter | | 1/2
| cup | Milk |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cut bread into cubes and brown in butter which has been melted. | | 2 | Beat the eggs well and add the milk and salt and pepper to taste. | | 3 | Pour over bread and fry until brown. | | 4 | Serve at once |
