| cup | Water | | 1 1/2
| lbs | Sugar | | | 2 ea Orange, rind & juice of |

Procedures:
| 1 | Wash and skin the rhubarb and cut into small pieces; add sugar and ?cup of cold water. | | 2 | Grate the rind of the oranges and add to the rhubarb. | | 3 | Add the orange juice and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. | | 4 | Pour into sterilized jars and seal |
