Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbsRhubarb
1/2 cupWater
1 1/2 lbsSugar
2 ea Orange, rind & juice of
Procedures:
1Wash and skin the rhubarb and cut into small pieces; add sugar and ?cup of cold water.
2Grate the rind of the oranges and add to the rhubarb.
3Add the orange juice and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4Pour into sterilized jars and seal
