Mennonite whole wheat bread

Ingredients:
2 packYeast, dry
4 cupWater, warm
1/2 cupButter, softened
1/4 cupMolasses
1/2 cupHoney
2 tspSalt
6 cupFlour, whole wheat
4 cupFlour, white
Procedures:
1Dissolve yeast in the warm water.
2Combine butter, molasses, honey, and salt.
3Mix well.
4Add yeast mixture.
5Gradually add flour.
6Turn onto a floured board and knead until smooth (this will take a fair amount of shoulder; the dough is fairly heavy).
7Place in a large greased bowl, then turn to grease the top.
8Cover with a clean tea towel, and let rise until doubled, about two hours.
9Punch dough down, and let it rest a few minutes.
10Divide into quarters, and shape into loaves.
11Place in greased bread pans, and let rise about one hour.
12Bake at 375°F. for 35 to 40 minutes
