Procedures:
| 1 | Boil sugar and water until when dropped in cold water it forms a soft ball. | | 2 | Add the mint oil, remove from stove and beat until it thickens. | | 3 | Then drop from spoon in thin patties on buttered or oiled paper. | | 4 | If wintergreen is used, color with red or green junket or food coloring |
