Ingredients:
2 cupCorn pulp
2 ea Egg, separated
1/4 tspPepper
2 tbspFlour
1/2 tspSalt
Procedures:
1Canned or fresh corn may be used.
2To the corn pulp add the beaten egg yolks, flour and seasoning.
3Add the stiffly beaten egg whites and blend.
4Drop by spoonfuls the size of an oyster on a hot buttered frying pan and brown
