Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsVeal steak
2 tbspOnion, chopped
1 cupSour cream
1 xSalt
4 ea Sl Bacon, finely chopped
1 tspPaprika, hungarian
1/2 cupTomato sauce
Procedures:
1Fry the bacon until done, then add the veal, which has been cut into portions and brown in the hot bacon fat.
2Add the onion and brown.
3Then season well with the paprika and salt.
4Stir in the sour cream and tomato sauce.
5Cover the pan and cook about 20 minutes.
