Ingredients:
4 ea Tomato, green
1 cupHorseradish, grated
2 tbspCloves, ground
2 tbspMustard, dry
1 xVinegar
2/3 cupSalt
2 tbspCinnamon
2 tbspAllspice
4 tbspPepper
2 cupBrown sugar
Procedures:
1Sprinkle the salt over the chopped tomatoes and let stand over night.
2In the morning, drain in colander.
3Add the horseradish, spices and sugar and enough vinegar to cover, bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes.
4Pour into sterilized jars and seal
