Ingredients:

1/2 lbsGround beef
1 eachSmall onion, grated
1/4 tspCinnamon
1/4 tspPepper
1/2 tspSalt
4 cup*to*
5 cupWater
1 1/2 tspSalt
1/4 cupBlack-eyed peas
1/4 cupLentils
1 cupNoodles
1/2 tspPepper
1/2 cupParsley, chopped
SPICE MIX FOR SOUP
1 tbspDried mint
1/4 tspPepper
1/4 tspCinnamon
PREPARATION
Procedures:
1Put the meat in a bowl.
2Add grated onions and seasoning, mix well and make meat balls the size of walnuts.
3Put the water in a 3-qt pot.
4Add salt and black-eyed peas and let cook for 15 minutes.
5Add meat balls, lentils, noodles, pepper and parsley and let simmer on a medium fire for about 35 minutes.
6Rub dried mint in the palm of your hands to make it powdery.
7Add cinnamon and pepper to the mint.
8Add this to the soup just before removing it from the fire.
