Ingredients:
4 cupWater 1 c Yellow cornmeal
1 tspSalt
Procedures:
1Bring water and salt to boil over direct heat in top part of double boiler; sprinkle in cornmeal, stirring constantly.
2Cook over boiling water for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3Sweeten to taste with maple syrup, honey, molasses, or sugar; serve in deep bowls with milk or cream
