Ingredients:
1 cupONION, CHOPPED
3/4 cupGREEN PEPPER, CHOPPED
3 tbspBUTTER
3 lbsGROUND CHUCK
16 ozHOT CHILI BEANS
3 tbspCHILI POWDER
1 tbspGARLIC POWDER
32 ozTOMATOES, CRUSHED
1 tbspCELERY SALT
1 tspCUMIN, GROUND OR SEED
2 tspSALT
1 tbspCORIANDER
2 tbspBROWN SUGAR
1 cupCHABBLIS WINE OR DRY SHERRY
1 tbspWORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
3 tbspSTEAK SAUCE
32 ozMEXICAN CHILI BEANS
Procedures:
1In a skillet saute onion and green pepper in butter until onion is transparent.
2Add meat and brown.
3Drain well.
4Place in a large pot.
5Mash hot chili beans and add to meat.
6Stir in tomatoes, chili powder, celery salt, garlic powder, cumin, wine, worcestershire sauce and steak sauce.
7Simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
8Add mexican style beans.
9Stir i and heat until warm
