| tbsp | CELERY SALT | | 1
| tsp | CUMIN, GROUND OR SEED | | 2
| tsp | SALT | | 1
| tbsp | CORIANDER | | 2
| tbsp | BROWN SUGAR | | 1
| cup | CHABBLIS WINE OR DRY SHERRY | | 1
| tbsp | WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE | | 3

Procedures:
