Ingredients:
1 cupFlour
1/2 tspSalt
2 Eggs
1 cupSkim milk
Procedures:
1Sift flour and salt together; set aside.
2Beat eggs and skim milk; add to flour.
3Beat until smooth and creamy.
4Pour into heated greased muffin tins, filling half full or less.
5Bake at 375f for 50 minutes, or until popovers are golden brown and sound hollow.
6Do not open oven for first 40 minutes.
