| 13 | Turn into baked pie shell. |

| 15 | Roll 12" circle of pastry dough on 14" square of kaiser broiling foil. |
| 16 | Lift foil and pastry into pie plate; fit gently to plate. |
| 17 | Flute pastry rim. |
| 18 | Prick bottom and sides of pastry. |
| 19 | Bake 10 minutes at 450°F or until evenly brown; foil prevents over-browning. |
| 20 | Cool. |
| 21 | Heap filling into shell. |
| 22 | Wrap loosely in foil. |
| 23 | Refrigerate overnight. |
| 24 | Serves Garnish with whipped cream if desired |
