Hazelnut fish sautT

Ingredients:
1/4 cupFlour
1 tspPaprika
1 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
2 lbsFillets of sole
3/4 cupButter or margarine
1 cupThinly sliced hazelnuts
-- (4 oz.)
1/4 cupLemon juice
1/4 cupChopped parsley
Procedures:
1Combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper.
2Coat fillets with seasoned flour.
3In large skillet, saut?fillets in ?cup butter, using butter as needed.
4Remove fish; keep warm.
5Add ?cup butter and the hazelnuts to skillet; saut?until lightly browned.
6Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
7Heat to serving temperature and pour over fish.
