Easy apple strudel

Ingredients:
2 cupFlour
3 Egg yolks
1/4 cupWater
********
3 tbspSugar
1/2 lbsButter or margarine
2 tbspVinegar
3 Apples
1 tbspFlour
1/2 tspCinnamon
Procedures:
1Cut margarine into flour as for pie crust.
2Add egg yolks, vinegar and water and mix well.
3Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 3 hours).
4Divide dough into 3 parts and work with one at a time.
5Roll out on floured cloth to 10-?x 15-?inches.
6Sprinkle each part with: : 1 tablespoon flour : 3 tablespoon sugar : ?teaspoon cinnamon arrange 3 peeled and diced apples along edge of long side and roll up, guiding with the cloth grasped in each hand.
7Place on ungreased cookie sheet (with sides) or shallow baking pan.
8Bake in a 375 degree oven for 45 minutes.
9Serve with confectioner"s sugar sprinkled on top
