Ingredients:

| cup | Flour | | 3
| | Egg yolks | | 1/4
| cup | Water | | | ******** | | 3
| tbsp | Sugar | | 1/2
| lbs | Butter or margarine | | 2
| tbsp | Vinegar | | 3
| | Apples | | 1
| tbsp | Flour | | 1/2
| tsp | Cinnamon |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cut margarine into flour as for pie crust. | | 2 | Add egg yolks, vinegar and water and mix well. | | 3 | Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 3 hours). | | 4 | Divide dough into 3 parts and work with one at a time. | | 5 | Roll out on floured cloth to 10-?x 15-?inches. | | 6 | Sprinkle each part with: : 1 tablespoon flour : 3 tablespoon sugar : ?teaspoon cinnamon arrange 3 peeled and diced apples along edge of long side and roll up, guiding with the cloth grasped in each hand. | | 7 | Place on ungreased cookie sheet (with sides) or shallow baking pan. | | 8 | Bake in a 375 degree oven for 45 minutes. | | 9 | Serve with confectioner"s sugar sprinkled on top |
