Ingredients:

| cup | Swiss cheese, grated | | 1 1/4
| cup | Milk | | 3
| | Eggs | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | | Pn Nutmeg | | | Pn Pepper | | 1
| tbsp | Sweet butter | | 1
| | Pastry shell (9") |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place the broccoli, onion, garlic, and butter ina saute pan set over medium-high heat and stir-fry about 3 minutes, until onion and garlic are golden but not brown and broccoli is slightly softened. | | 2 | Set aside. | | 3 | Spread three-quarters of the cheese in the bottom of the pastry shell, spoon the broccoli mixture on top. | | 4 | Beat the milk, eggs, and seasonings thororughly and pour slowly into pie shell, to fill to within 1/8 inch of the top. | | 5 | Sprinkle on the remaioning cheeese, dot with butter and bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375 degrees. | | 6 | Nutritional info per serving: 328 cal; 13g pro, 19g carb, 24g fat (62%) |
