Easy broccoli and cheese quiche

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupBroccoli florets, chopped
-fine
1/2 cupOnion, diced
1/2 tspGarlic, minced
1 tbspSweet butter
1 cupSwiss cheese, grated
1 1/4 cupMilk
3 Eggs
1/2 tspSalt
Pn Nutmeg
Pn Pepper
1 tbspSweet butter
1 Pastry shell (9")
Procedures:
1Place the broccoli, onion, garlic, and butter ina saute pan set over medium-high heat and stir-fry about 3 minutes, until onion and garlic are golden but not brown and broccoli is slightly softened.
2Set aside.
3Spread three-quarters of the cheese in the bottom of the pastry shell, spoon the broccoli mixture on top.
4Beat the milk, eggs, and seasonings thororughly and pour slowly into pie shell, to fill to within 1/8 inch of the top.
5Sprinkle on the remaioning cheeese, dot with butter and bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
