Festive raisin tarts

Ingredients:
1 pack(11 oz) pastry mix
1/2 cupWalnuts
3 tbspSoft butter
1 Egg beaten
Whipping cream
1 cupRaisins
1/2 cupPacked brown sugar
3 tbspOrange juice
2 1/2 tbspHalf and half
Procedures:
1Prepare pastry according to package directions.
2Line small tart pans* (2 ?inches in diameter and ?inch deep) with pastry.
3Place on baking sheet.
4Finely chop raisins and walnuts.
5Combine with brown sugar, butter, orange juice, egg and half and half.
6Bake on lower rack at 425f about 20 minutes or until pastry is lightly browned.
7Top with whipped cream if desired.
8Makes 1 dozen small tarts
