Fool-proof pie crust

Ingredients:
4 cupFlour
1 3/4 cupVegetable Shortening
1 tbspSugar
2 tspSalt
1 tbspVinegar
1 Egg
1/2 cupWater
Procedures:
1Mix the first 4 ingredients together with a fork.
2Beat remaining ingredients together in a separate bowl.
3Combine both mixtures with a fork until moistened.
4Mold with hands into 2 balls.
5Wrap and chill 15 minutes before rolling out.
6Can be kept refrigerated up to 3 days.
7Makes 2 9" double crust pies.
8Note: dough can be handled alot.
