Ingredients:
| | CRUMB CRUST | | 1
| cup | Quaker Oats, uncooked | | | -- (quick or old-fashioned) | | 1/2
| cup | Flaked coconut | | 1/3
| cup | Brown sugar, firmly packed | | 1/3
| cup | Butter or margarine, melted | | | FILLING | | 1
| quart | Vanilla ice cream, soft | | 1/4
| cup | Orange juice concentrate | | | -- (frozen), thawed | | 1/4
| cup | Toasted flaked coconut |

Procedures:
| 1 | For crust, heat oats in shallow baking pan in preheated moderate oven (350°F). | | 2 | About 10 minutes. | | 3 | Combine oats, coconut, sugar and butter, mixing until crumbly. | | 4 | Firmly press onto bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate. | | 5 | Chill. | | 6 | For filling, spread half of the ice cream in pie shell. | | 7 | Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of the orange juice concentrate. | | 8 | Repeat layers once. | | 9 | Sprinkle with toasted coconut. | | 10 | Freeze until firm. |
