Georgia peanut butter pie

Ingredients:
1 Unbaked 9-inch pie shell
3/4 cupSugar
1/2 cupMilk
1/2 cupPeanut butter
1 tspVanilla
2 Eggs, separated
1 cupWhipped cream
1/4 cupChopped peanuts
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 375°F.
2In a large bowl, combine sugar, milk, peanut butter, vanilla and egg yolks.
3Beat on low speed until well blended.
4In a small bowl, beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the peanut butter mixture.
5Spoon the mixture into the pie crust.
6Bake at 375°F for 30 to 35 minutes.
7Cool completely.
8Cover with whipped cream, and garnish with chopped nuts. chill
