Ingredients:

| | Unbaked 9-inch pie shell | | 3/4
| cup | Sugar | | 1/2
| cup | Milk | | 1/2
| cup | Peanut butter | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla | | 2
| | Eggs, separated | | 1
| cup | Whipped cream | | 1/4
| cup | Chopped peanuts |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 375°F. | | 2 | In a large bowl, combine sugar, milk, peanut butter, vanilla and egg yolks. | | 3 | Beat on low speed until well blended. | | 4 | In a small bowl, beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the peanut butter mixture. | | 5 | Spoon the mixture into the pie crust. | | 6 | Bake at 375°F for 30 to 35 minutes. | | 7 | Cool completely. | | 8 | Cover with whipped cream, and garnish with chopped nuts. chill |
