Impossible tuna and cheddar pie

Ingredients:
2 cupOnions, chopped
1/4 cupButter
2 canTuna, 6/2 oz -drained
2 cupCheddar, shredded
3 Eggs
1 1/4 cupMilk
1 cupBisquick
1/4 tsp-Salt
1/8 tsp-Pepper
2 Tomatoes, thinly sliced
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 400°F.
2Grease pie plate 10x1 ?.
3Cook onions and butter in 10" skillet over low heat, stirring occaisionally, until onions are a light brown.
4Sprinkle tuna, 1 cup of cheese and onions in plate.
5Beat eggs, milk, bisquick, salt and pepper till smooth 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater.
6Pour into plate.
7Bake till knife inserted in centre comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes.
8Top with tomato slices and remaining cheese is melted 3 to 5 minutes.
9Cool 5 minutes.
