Irresistible ice cream pie

Ingredients:
3/4 cupEvaporated milk
4 tbspButter
2 Squares bakers chocolate
1/2 cupSugar
2 cupCoffee ice cream, slightly
-softened
6 ozChocolate flavored ready pie
-crust, save plastic lid!
1/2 cupHeavy cream
2 tbspCoffee liqueur (Kahlua)
1/4 cupPecans, coarsely chopped
Procedures:
1In a small saucepan, cook evaporated milk, butter, chocolate and sugar over low heat, stirring constantly, until thick as cooked pudding (before it cools).
2Cool completely.
3Spoon ice cream into pie crust and spread into an even layer.
4Spread chocolate mixture over ice cream.
5Place pie in freezer.
6Beat heavy cream with electric mixer until soft peaks form.
7With mixer running, add coffee liqueur and beat until completely mixed.
8Spread mixture over pie.
9Cover pie and freeze for at least 4 hours.
10About fifteen minutes before serving, remove lid and sprinkle with nuts.
11Place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
