Ingredients:
1 Cube margarine, melted, cooled
2 Eggs, beaten
1 tspVanilla extract
1/2 cupCoconut
1 Unbaked pie shell
1 cupSugar
1/2 tspVinegar
1/2 cupChopped dates
1/2 cupChopped nuts
Procedures:
1Combine margarine,sugar,eggs,vinegar and vanilla in bowl.mix well.
2Stir in dates,coconut and nuts.pour into pie shell.bake in 300 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until brown.makes 6 to 8 servings
