Ingredients:
1 cupOreo cookie crumbs (app 14)
2 tbspButter, melted
24 eachMarshmallows, large
1/2 cupMilk, cold
1/8 tspSalt
3 ozKahlua
1 cupWhipping cream
1 eachBaker's solid semi-sweet
1 eachChocolate for curls (optiona
Procedures:
1Combine cookie crumbs and butter in and 8-inch pie pan.
2Mix well and press firmly in an even layer over bottom and sides of pan to form a crust.
3Place in freezer until firm.
4Meanwhile, melt marshmallows with milk and salt over hot water.
5Cool until mixture will mound on a spoon.
6Stir in kahlua.
7Beat cream stiff and fold into marshmallow mixture.
8Chill about 30 minutes, until mixture holds ripples when stirred lightly.
9Turn into chilled cookie shell and freeze firm.
10Before serving, arrange a circle of chocolate curls in the center (optional) and cut intowedges
