Kale & leek pie

Ingredients:
3 tbspOlive oil
1 Leek
3 cupKale
1/2 cupCheddar cheese, grated
1/2 lbsScrod (white fish)
Herbs (your choice)
1 cupBechamel sauce
3 tbspParmesan cheese, grated
1 9" pie shell, pre-baked
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 375°F.
2Saute leek and kale in olive oil.
3Sprinkle cheese onto pie shell.
4Spread leek and kale evenly in the pie shell.
5Meanwhile, cut the fish into chunks; simmer in water and herbs.
6Drain.
7Mix with the bechamel sauce and pour into pie shell, covering the kale and leek mixture.
8Sprinkle with parmesan.
9Bake in oven for 25 minutes.
