German chocolate pie

Ingredients:
3 cupSugar
7 tbspBaking Cocoa
13 ozEvaporated Milk
4 Eggs: Lg, Beaten
1/2 cupButter Or Regular Margarine
1 tspVanilla
2 cupCoconut, Flaked
1 cupPecans, Chopped
2 Unbaked 9-inch Pie Shells
Procedures:
1Melt the margarine and set aside.
2Combine the sugar and baking cocoa in a bowl.
3Stir in the evaporated milk, eggs, melted butter or margarine, and vanilla, blending well.
4Stir in the coconut and pecans and turn into two unbaked pie shells.
5Bake in a 350 °F.
6Oven for 40 minutes or until set around the edges.
7Cool on racks.
8Makes 2 pies of 6 servings each
