| 1 | Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. |
| 2 | In a large bowl beat the egg yolks and condensed milk. |
| 3 | Stir in lime juice. |
| 4 | Pour into shell and bake for 12 minutes. |
| 5 | Cool. |
| 6 | Chill. |
| 7 | Serve with whipped cream topping. |
| 8 | Note..you can make a meringue topping for the pie using leftover egg whites. |
| 9 | Beat 4 egg whites until stiff, gradually add ?cup sugar. |
| 10 | Top off uncooked pie with meringue mixture and bake for 15 minutes instead. |
