Ingredients:
1 each9" Graham cracker crumb crus
6 eachEgg yolks
28 ozCondensed milk (Sweetened)
8 ozFresh squeezed lime juice
Procedures:
1Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
2In a large bowl beat the egg yolks and condensed milk.
3Stir in lime juice.
4Pour into shell and bake for 12 minutes.
5Cool.
6Chill.
7Serve with whipped cream topping.
8Note..you can make a meringue topping for the pie using leftover egg whites.
9Beat 4 egg whites until stiff, gradually add ?cup sugar.
10Top off uncooked pie with meringue mixture and bake for 15 minutes instead.
