Ingredients:

| tbsp | Plain flour | | 3
| cup | Milk | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper | | 1
| pinch | Crushed garlic | | 1 1/4
| tsp | Curry powder | | 1
| small | Onion, finely sliced | | 310
| grams | Can corn kernels | | 1
| | Tomato | | 1/2
| cup | Frozen peas | | 1/2
| | Lemon (juice of) | | 1
| large | Can tuna in brine drained | | 6
| slice | Bread, crusts removed | | | Butter, to spread bread | | | Grated tasty cheese | | | Paprika |

Procedures:
| 1 | Melt butter in a large saucepan, add flour and cook for about a minute. | | 2 | Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly so no lumps form. | | 3 | Add seasoning, garlic curry powder and vegetables and lemon juice over tuna. | | 4 | Then add tuna to mixture. | | 5 | Place mixture in a casserole dish and cut the crusts of bread off the bread and butter slices well. | | 6 | Cut into fingers. | | 7 | Lattice the bread on top of the casserole and sprinkle well with cheese and paprika. | | 8 | Place under a preheated griller or a moderate oven 180c until cheese melts. | | 9 | This can be made ahead and kept in the fridge |
