Latticed tuna

Ingredients:
60 gramsButter or margarine
4 tbspPlain flour
3 cupMilk
1/4 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
1 pinchCrushed garlic
1 1/4 tspCurry powder
1 smallOnion, finely sliced
310 gramsCan corn kernels
1 Tomato
1/2 cupFrozen peas
1/2 Lemon (juice of)
1 largeCan tuna in brine drained
6 sliceBread, crusts removed
Butter, to spread bread
Grated tasty cheese
Paprika
Procedures:
1Melt butter in a large saucepan, add flour and cook for about a minute.
2Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly so no lumps form.
3Add seasoning, garlic curry powder and vegetables and lemon juice over tuna.
4Then add tuna to mixture.
5Place mixture in a casserole dish and cut the crusts of bread off the bread and butter slices well.
6Cut into fingers.
7Lattice the bread on top of the casserole and sprinkle well with cheese and paprika.
8Place under a preheated griller or a moderate oven 180c until cheese melts.
9This can be made ahead and kept in the fridge
