Ingredients:

| tsp | Lemon rind, grated | | 6
| tbsp | Butter | | 3
| cup | Confectioners' sugar, sifte | | 1/4
| cup | Lemon juice, approx. | | 1
| dash | Salt |

Procedures:
| 1 | Add lemon rind to butter; cream well add part of the sugar gradually, blending ater each addition. | | 2 | Add remaining sugar, alternately with lemon juice, until right consistency to spread. | | 3 | Beat thoroughly after each addition. | | 4 | Add salt. | | 5 | Makes enugh frosting to cover tops and sides of two 9-inch layers or tops and sides two 8x8x2-inch layers |
