Lemon ice box pie

Ingredients:
CRUST
16 Graham cracker squares
-finely crushed
8 tspMargarine, melted
FILLING
2 smallPkgs. sugar-free vanilla
-pudding
3/4 cupLemon juice, fresh
2 tspLemon rind, grated
2 smallPkgs. sugar-free lemon jello
Procedures:
1Mix graham crackers and margarine; spread evenly into 9" pie plate.
2Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
3Cool.
4Prepare pudding according to package directions.
5Bring lemon juice and rind to a boil; dissolve jello in lemon juice.
6Add this mixture to pudding and mix well.
7Cool.
8Spoon into crust.
9Chill.
10Each serving = 1 br., 1 fat, 1 milk, 8 opt. cal
