Ingredients:
1 pintGelatin
4 ea Eggs seprated
1 ea Sugar
1 ea Heavy creme whipped
Procedures:
112 pt salt 13 ea lime juice gelatin in 2 t water- combine slightlly beaten egg yolks-12 c sugar salt-lime rind-and juice and emaining 2 t of water.
2Cook over boiling water until mixture thickens [stir constanly] add softened gelatin , stir.
3Cool until mixture begins to thicken-.
4Meanwhile add remaining 12 c sugar to stiffly beaten egg whites and fold in lime mixture turn in to baked shell.
5When ready to serve add whipped creme
