| 1 | 12 pt salt 13 ea lime juice gelatin in 2 t water- combine slightlly beaten egg yolks-12 c sugar salt-lime rind-and juice and emaining 2 t of water. |
| 2 | Cook over boiling water until mixture thickens [stir constanly] add softened gelatin , stir. |
| 3 | Cool until mixture begins to thicken-. |
| 4 | Meanwhile add remaining 12 c sugar to stiffly beaten egg whites and fold in lime mixture turn in to baked shell. |
| 5 | When ready to serve add whipped creme |
