Lime & sour cream pie

Ingredients:
3/4 cupSugar
3 tbspCornstarch
2 1/2 tspFresh. grated peel of 2 lime
1/3 cupFresh lime juice
1 cupHalf and half
1/4 cupUnsalted butter, room temp.
1 cupSour cream
1 eachBaked 9" pie shell
TOPPING
1 eachTo 2 T sugar
1 cupWhipping cream
Procedures:
1Combine ?cup sugar with cornstarch and lime peel in medium saucepan and mix well.
2Add lime juice and stir until smooth.
3Blend in half and half and butter.
4Place over medium heat and stir until mixture thickens and starts to boil, about 10 to 12 minutes.
5Remove from heat and let cool, stirring occasionally.
6Fold in sour cream.
7Turn mixture into baked pie shell.
8Combine whipping cream and 1 to 2 t sugar in medium bowl and whip to soft peaks.
9Spread atop pie and serve
