| tsp | Cinnamon | | 1/2
| tsp | Ground allspice | | 1/3
| cup | Softened butter | | 1
| | Unbaked 9-inch pie shell |

Procedures:
| 1 | Blend ketchup & lemon juice; combine with apples. | | 2 | Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon; cut in butter until thoroughly mixed. | | 3 | Fill pie shell with apples; top with sugar mixture. | | 4 | Bake at 375 °F for 40 to 45 minutes, or until apples are cooked. | | 5 | Serve warm with ice cream, if desired. | | 6 | Makes one 9-inch pie |
